The founders, Uzi Eshel and Jacob Lazarovitz are pioneers and inventors of ablative and non-ablative
thermal-treatments in urology. They have worked together as a team in this field since 1983
and have numerous world-wide patents in urological devices.
In urological thermal-treatments they pioneered the use of microwave and latter pioneered the better
controlled conductive-heat in technologies like WIT (water induced thermotherapy),
BWT by UniThermia and DuoThermia.

Uzi Eshel - CEO
Uzi Eshel has served as CEO since April 2003.
Mr. Eshel has more than 28 years experience in medical devices.
From 1990 to 2002, he served as the President, CEO and Board member of ArgoMed.
From 1983 to 1989, he served as the President of Biodan and Omikron scientific.

Jacob Lazarovitz - President
Jacob Lazarovitz has served as President since April 2003.
Mr. Lazarovitz has more than 29 years experience in medical devices.
From 1992 to 2002, he served as the Director of Operations of ArgoMed.
From 1982 to 1992, he served as Chief Mechanical Engineer of Biodan and Omikron scientific.
